Ayurvedic Spa Treatment
BASICS OF AYURVEDIC MASSAGE and SPA THERAPIES. This class will introduce Ayurveda and its application to specific massage techniques with marma chikitsa (vital energy points). Medicinal warm Ayurvedic oils are used in addition to herbal powders and essential oils.
